The company bears full responsibility for the application in terms of management, technical support, and issue resolution.
II. Target audience
The application is intended exclusively for points of sale and mobile credit distributors. Individual use is not permitted.
III. Nature of the application
Abeeli Fora acts as an electronic intermediary between telecommunications companies and points of sale, providing:
- Sale and transfer of mobile credit units
- Bill payment services
These services are provided accurately, quickly, and securely for mobile shop owners and distributors.
IV. Account creation and data protection
1. Information required to create an account:
- Full name in three parts (Arabic only)
- Governorate and area address
- National ID number
- Password containing numbers, letters, and symbols
- Mobile phone number (must be registered in the ID holder's name)
The account cannot be activated until the required documents are completed as required by the Telecommunications and Postal Regulatory Authority.
2. Privacy and backups:
A backup copy of all operations performed by the user (transfers and bill payments) is retained.
Ajlawni & Sharshar retains this data and undertakes to keep it confidential.
Users can view operations within the application for three months.
3. Application permissions:
The application operates only within the Syrian Arab Republic.
Location access is requested when performing any transfer operation.
V. Required subscription documents
- Copy of personal ID
- "Non-conviction" certificate
- Proof of business location document
- Completion of the pledge and natural person form issued by the Telecommunications and Postal Regulatory Authority (obtained through customer service and sales support in the application)
VI. Terms of use
- The company undertakes to protect the privacy of your data and operations within the application.
- The user is contacted after account creation to complete the required documents.
- If data or documents are not completed, the account is temporarily suspended.
- Users can view the company's bank account information within the application.
- Balance is credited within a maximum of 30 minutes after bank deposit confirmation.
- Detailed reports for any operation (units or bills) can be requested through customer service.
- The company retains operation records for three months. Older data may be requested through a special request.
VII. Technical information
- The application works on Android devices version 5.1 and above.
- The application is not available on app stores or similar platforms.
- The official version is provided only through direct contact with the company.
VIII. Device access permissions used by the application
The application requests access to:
- Geographic location when performing transfer operations (to verify the point of sale and location).
- Internet connection to enable account operations and data exchange.
- Temporary storage (cache) to save temporary login data and ensure fast use.
The application does not use the camera, microphone, or any permissions not listed above.
IX. Personal data sharing
No personal user data is shared with third parties, except with official authorities such as the Telecommunications and Postal Regulatory Authority when legally required.
User data is used only to provide the service, improve the user experience, and communicate regarding operations or completion of verification.
X. User rights and responsibilities
User rights:
- Access their data and request corrections.
- Request reports on completed operations.
- Submit a complaint or request clarification through customer service numbers.
- Cancel the account at any time after settling all pending operations.
User responsibilities:
- Maintain the confidentiality of username and password.
- Not share the account with any other party.
- Use the application only for its intended purposes (as a distributor or point of sale).
- Provide the company with accurate and up-to-date information and documents.
XI. Protection and privacy mechanisms
The company uses electronic protection systems to encrypt and securely store data.
Account data cannot be accessed by company employees except upon an explicit user request or an order from a regulatory authority.
Data is automatically deleted from the application after 3 months, while an archived copy remains within the company according to the security policy.
XII. Minors policy
Use of the application by minors (under 18 years of age) is prohibited.
The user must be an adult with legal capacity as a licensed distributor or point of sale.
If an account is found to belong to a minor, the company may immediately suspend the account and notify the relevant authorities.
XIII. Subscription cancellation
Users may request account cancellation at any time after settling all pending financial operations.
Operation records are retained for 3 months after cancellation, then automatically deleted.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through customer service or the official email.
XIV. Rights and duties of the responsible entity
Company rights:
- Modify or develop the application in accordance with regulatory authority policies.
- Suspend any account that violates usage policies or is used unlawfully.
- Request periodic updates of supporting documents to ensure compliance.
Company duties:
- Provide technical support to users around the clock.
- Maintain data confidentiality and prevent leakage.
- Credit balance within no more than 30 minutes after deposit.
- Respond to report and review requests within a maximum of 24 hours.
XV. Violation procedures
If a user violates the terms or applicable policies, the company takes the following actions:
- Notify the user of the violation by phone or within the application.
- Temporarily suspend the account until the matter is resolved or reviewed by the competent authority.
- Permanently cancel the account in case of repeated violations or non-cooperation.
- Refer the matter to the competent authorities in case of a legal violation.
XVI. Amendments to the privacy and usage policy
The company reserves the right to amend the terms of use and privacy policy at any time.
When any amendment is made, the following occurs:
- The new policy is displayed within the application.
- Amendments are clearly explained.
- The user's renewed consent is requested before continuing to use the application.
If the user rejects the amendments, the account is suspended until consent is given or a formal cancellation request is submitted.
